Kara was very was very easy to work with. She was very pleasant in setting up my test drives. She understood the reasons why I had to wait about a month to actually buy the car. She explained everything that I questioned about the car I was going to buy. Being a lifetime Ford man, I found that the Hyundai offered more room and better value than the Ford Transit. I found the Santa Fe was the best car for me after test driving about half of a dozen other SUV's. The price was reasonable (but always wish it was cheaper). I like that we didn't have to haggel over price. More

Be more transparent about the warranty upgrades I would ask you consider modifying your approach to the upgrades at the end of the buying process. It was presented as though one needs to purchase al I would ask you consider modifying your approach to the upgrades at the end of the buying process. It was presented as though one needs to purchase all of those additional years of warranty and protection, and it significantly increases the purchase price. It would be better if it is presented in a way that explains clearly that these upgrades are purely optional, and that in buying the vehicle, there are already warranties and such included, and these options only offer additional protection. The buyer should not have to guess and parse about what all of these things are, and how they impact the bottom line. More
