This dealership sold my daughter a car without informing her that they put a warranty in the contract which she told them she didn't want. Then the car stopped running so she brought it in. The charged her her that they put a warranty in the contract which she told them she didn't want. Then the car stopped running so she brought it in. The charged her $200 and did nothing to fix it but stripped all the lugnuts. When I called and asked about this they said they didn't do it and the car hadn't been looked at by there shop. My daughter has texts the day she brought it in for service with one of the techs. I purchased a Carfax to see if it got reported and it did but they put it under as an unknown dealer when they reported it so they wouldn't get in trouble for messing up the car but the texts and Carfax line up on the same day. The idiots are lying threw there teeth. This is the most unethical new car store I've ever dealt with. Don't buy anything from these people and especially don't take anything to the service department. A bunch of xxxxxxxx!!! More

I declined multiple times yet he kept insistin Shady finance representative Finance rep Patel tried to sell me an extended warranty on a used car. I declined multiple times yet he kept insisting I should really consider buying the warranty. After telling him no so many times he finally stopped, and laughed saying I can’t believe you aren’t going to buy it. You’re my first customer that has declined this offer. He was very pushy and made me feel uncomfortable. I also told him I wanted to get GAP insurance with my credit union who charges half the price of what he was offering through AG insurance. He ended up signing me up with AG insurance and I paid $850. I had no knowledge he was going to insure me with them, until I got home and looked over my documents. I specifically stated I want GAP INSURANCE WITH AMACO!!!! I said it 3 times. He’s a pushy rude salesmen. I wouldn’t recommend him. I have since called him to resolve my issue, he insured me with a insurance company I wished to not be insured with, which is shady. But what can I say he’s a salesman. Don’t waste money on warranties!!!! That’s how dealerships pay their employees and keep the lights on. They always come out ahead. A lot of their money is made selling these BS warranties. He tries to scare me into buying one. Not happening! More

Very pleased with the service. Oscar Duran went the extra mile to help us get the car and deal we wanted, and Michael Sauerzopf was excellent at helping us throughout the process, taking the time to go all o mile to help us get the car and deal we wanted, and Michael Sauerzopf was excellent at helping us throughout the process, taking the time to go all over the car features and giving us really good tips. He was extremely pleasant to work with and made sure our customer experience was the best.
