My Brand Specialist, Ron, was very knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy and the GM, Karan, oversees everything but not overbearing. I had the pleasure of speaking to Karan on my first visit and then again when I completed my purchase. I have been in for my first service and can also say that the service department is like no other. My car was in and I was informed along the way on the progress and how long things would take to complete. During my wait in the lounge, as employees came in, they all asked if there was anything I needed. Lou Haddad, Service Advisor, came in on two occasions and was so kind to offer to make me coffee and ask if there was anything I needed. Unfortunately, the head Service Advisors name I did not get but he was amazing. Overall, I would highly recommend Hoffman Porsche in East Hartford. More
