I’m writing this review to express my complete frustration with the way the Wholesale Parts Department handles warranty claims. Unlike every other dealership I’ve dealt with, Courtesy Nissan refus frustration with the way the Wholesale Parts Department handles warranty claims. Unlike every other dealership I’ve dealt with, Courtesy Nissan refuses to honor direct warranties on basic replacement parts like starters, alternators, and other standard components. Instead, they force you to go through their service center—where you’re required to pay diagnostic and labor costs out of pocket just to replace a failed part that should be covered under warranty. This policy is completely unreasonable. I understand referring major components like engines or transmissions to their service department, but charging wholesale customers to replace basic parts under warranty is unacceptable. It feels like a deliberate strategy to push people into their service department for profit, rather than standing behind the parts they sell. I’ve worked with MANY parts departments over the years, and I’ve NEVER encountered this kind of policy. It’s disappointing and honestly a deal-breaker for future business. If you’re considering buying wholesale parts here, be warned: you’re on your own if something goes wrong. More

I had a very positive experience at Cortesy Nissan . I took my 2015 Nissan Rogue for a recall. I called and talked to Scott Rupert to schedule the appointment. Scott was very pleasant over the phone. I I took my 2015 Nissan Rogue for a recall. I called and talked to Scott Rupert to schedule the appointment. Scott was very pleasant over the phone. I arrived the same day and I was greated on the service drive by Mr. Manuel Deleon , the service director. Manuel was very cordial and friendly and then introduced me to Scott. Scott was also very pleasant and took my info and explained to me all the details of the recall and the time needed to get it done. Scortt offered me a means of transportation and I thanked him and told him I was OK B/C my son came to pick me up. I left my car overnight. Scottl was updating me on the progress of the repair by means of texting and e-mailing. I came the next day to pick up my car. The recall was done in a timly manner. Scott was there to great me. He explaied the repair. The car was washed and brought up at the service drive. Also Manuel came by and thanked me for the visit. They offered complimentary coffee and water. The service drive was clean and tidy. The service offices and customer waiting area were clean . I walked around the car showroom to look at the new cars . The pace was busy and full of energy. More
