Diligent work to solve a tricky rattle It took two visits to fix, but the team found the dash rattle and solved the issue. Passed inspection, the technician did a great job checking equipment and the service writer reviewed with me so Had my truck in for State Inspection. Passed inspection, the technician did a great job checking equipment and the service writer reviewed with me some items that were getting near time to replace before next inspection. The service writer was prepared and provided me with options and costs for everything that will soon need attention. However, there was absolutely no sales pressure to do anything immediately.
