In the beginning of Oct 2025 I was shopping for a new car for my daughter. One of her choices was Subaru. I knew Star dealership for its high quality of service because I bought my previous cars from Star T for my daughter. One of her choices was Subaru. I knew Star dealership for its high quality of service because I bought my previous cars from Star Toyota and Star Jeep. During our visit at the Star Subaru, Kate was our sales person. She demonstrated her deep knowledge about all lines of available Subaru models, explained very well financing and leasing options, took us for a test drive, answered all questions, and was really pleasure and good experience do deal with Kate professionalism. In the end my daughter decided to buy different car, because it was her first car and she still have to improve her driving skills. Three weeks later I was shopping for a new car for myself this time, so I knew already where to go and what to get. I went straight to Kate ( without appointment), we filled all necessary paperwork on Sun, agreed that I come on Mon at 4.30pm to pickup my new Subaru. Monday at 4pm my car was ready, Kate gave me again tutorial about all the safety futures, and other car equipment. Thank you Kate, Thank you Star Subaru for the excellent service. Julian More

I recently purchased a Subaru Legacy from Star. My Salesperson was Kate and she was very professional and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. As someone who has spent years of his professional career in a variety of aspects of customer service, all four of the people who my wife and I worked with at Star Subaru were absolutely stellar. We had not in a variety of aspects of customer service, all four of the people who my wife and I worked with at Star Subaru were absolutely stellar. We had not been shopping for a car for many years, as the two cars we had before we walked into Star were almost 30 years old between them both. And, where car shopping obviously is not something we have frequently done, for us, it was so important that each person there made each step so easy, so relaxed and the end result so satisfying. As the General Sales Manager, Zach Lintz was the first person to greet us and walk us around the showroom, getting a general feeling of what we were looking for, without an iota of pressure; and like the rest of his team, so kind. He then introduced us to our Sales Consultant, Kate Macedonio, who spent endless amount of time with us. She answered question on top of question, showed us a variety of options. And, by the time we were done, it was as if we had, not only a new car, but a new friend. Her patience was absolutely phenomenal; as she allowed us to return to see her multiple times, answering question on top of question, and spending so much time with both of us in our prospective car, going over every detail---every button and switch and feature; not to mention spending so much extra time to locate the exact car with all of the detailed requests that we had. Her care for us was absolutely genuine. As we were completing our paperwork, we met the third member of our team, Business Manager, Michael DeCosimo, who was also there to answer any questions we had about our transaction---also in a non-pressure situation. And, that no pressure ended with the Delivery Specialist, Tae Hopkins, who, a week after we took ownership of our new car, scheduled us a time for us to come back and, once again, go over all of the details about our car, and answer any questions that we may have compiled over our first few days. And, while hopefully our car will last a similar lifetime as the two previous ones that we had, and the need to acquire a new Subaru may be many years away, we also know that if we ever need anything, Zach, Kate, Michael, and Tae will always be there; and there is not a better place we could refer our family and friends to than Star Subaru. More
