We got great price and she even went out of her way to make sure we got photos with the huge red bow which was such an important detail and i'm so grateful to have a cute photo opportunity. She's great with kids, my children were able to play around her desk with no issues. Katherine even went as far as giving them snacks and lollipops she had in her desk to help with my fussy kids, as we figured out the paperwork. Extremely nice and lovely to be around. If any of the managers are seeing this, Katherine deserves a raise! Went above and beyond to give me a great experience and I will be coming back because of her! More
