I was sent yo the sales person Kathryn had dedicated to me when u got there. Joe found the truck I was interested in and I test drove it. Unfortunately I had a flat tire and had to sit on the side of the e me when u got there. Joe found the truck I was interested in and I test drove it. Unfortunately I had a flat tire and had to sit on the side of the expressway for 30 minutes. Joe found another truck that fit my needs perfectly. Since the truck was a 2019, the tires had gotten out of balance. I had to get them balanced when I got back to Greenville, SC. I have an issue with the Steering that s local dealer will look at on Tuesday. Other than that the experience was great and I love the truck. More

LIAR LIAR I used the internet buying service and got a QUOTE. told them i would be there on the 24th. of Feb 2020. I live in South Carolina; over 2 hours away. I drove my trade in, that they had already appraised. When I got there I was treated very BAD. Salesman WOULD NOT HONOR "QUOTE". Had the sale manger come over to explain how they wanted to SCREW ME OR CHEAT me out of a additional $1600.00. they would not budge off the higher price. I didn't ride in on a bicycle. Drove away with the same truck I came in. !!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP More

One online and the other in person at the store. We appreciated how quickly our purchase happened. We made the decision as to which truck we wanted prior to going to to the dealership. We printed out the ad for it and we took it with us. We took all necessary papers with us. In less than 2 hours, we were riding out in our new Ram 1500. JR Norman and Kathryn Clark did a great job. Today, she called to find out if there were any questions we had. I had one, which she found the answer to and got back to me quickly with it. I would definitely recommend this dealership. As a former sales person, I am amazed at the speed and ease with which this purchase happened! More
