The new location is amazing and my sales person Kathy O. did everything she could to make our experience great with buying our car to surprise my daughter for her 16th birthday. My only issue is that I re did everything she could to make our experience great with buying our car to surprise my daughter for her 16th birthday. My only issue is that I requested the vehicle be cleaned and have some stains removed. Since this was will be my daughter's first car to celebrate turning 16, I wanted the experiencen to be perfect. I was told the detail department tried and could not remove the stains. Upon arriving at home with the car I took some plain soap and water and with very little effort the stains were quickly removed. We also found other areas in the car that were not fully cleaned that I had to do myself. As I told Kathy my family will definitely come see her again to purchase our next car. However, the lack of effort from the detail department to clean the vehicle will not be acceptable on the next purchase. I plan to see Kathy again for another purchase by January. More
