Buying a vehicle is a big deal, and over the years but I really wanted to share how much I appreciate my experiences with Stivers Ford of Birmingham. Buying a vehicle is a big deal, and over the years this dealership has made that experience feel easier, calmer, and a lot more personal than I ever expected. I only worked with Cathy one time, but that one experience really stood out to me. She was kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. She treated me with respect, answered my questions, and made the whole process feel smooth and pleasant. Even though it was only once, it was enough for me to remember how good that experience was. Most of my other experiences have been with Asher in finance, and I truly cannot say enough good things about him. He has been consistently amazing every time I’ve worked with him. He makes the finance process feel simple and stress-free, which means so much when you are making such an important purchase. He is patient, thoughtful, professional, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I never feel rushed or confused when I sit down with him, and that kind of peace of mind matters. What I appreciate most is that Cathy and Asher both made me feel like more than just another customer. They were genuine, helpful, and easy to work with, and that kind of care is not something you find everywhere. The entire experience felt pleasant and effortless, and I am grateful for that. I would absolutely recommend Stivers Ford of Birmingham to anyone looking for a dealership that values its customers and makes the car-buying process feel much less stressful. By the end of the process, it honestly felt like I had gained a friend—she was so kind and easy to work with. Brian, the floor manager, was also very nice, and you can tell the whole team genuinely cares. It wasn’t just my experience either—I noticed how sweet and welcoming all the employees were with every customer in the dealership. Asher in finance was fantastic—very knowledgeable, informative, and he even beat our credit union rate, which was a huge plus. The new location is amazing and my sales person Kathy O. did everything she could to make our experience great with buying our car to surprise my daughter for her 16th birthday. My only issue is that I re did everything she could to make our experience great with buying our car to surprise my daughter for her 16th birthday. My only issue is that I requested the vehicle be cleaned and have some stains removed. Since this was will be my daughter's first car to celebrate turning 16, I wanted the experiencen to be perfect. I was told the detail department tried and could not remove the stains. Upon arriving at home with the car I took some plain soap and water and with very little effort the stains were quickly removed. We also found other areas in the car that were not fully cleaned that I had to do myself. As I told Kathy my family will definitely come see her again to purchase our next car. However, the lack of effort from the detail department to clean the vehicle will not be acceptable on the next purchase. I plan to see Kathy again for another purchase by January. More
