Great service! I really appreciated Katie’s willingness to listen to what I wanted and needed and not try to upsell or steer me in a different direction. As a email buying a heavy duty truck, I constantly have to convince sales reps that I know what I want and need. This was not the case with Katie. And the finance department was excellent in jumping through whatever hoops were necessary to help me navigate the difficult situation I was in due to inflated prices two years ago. More

Katie was so helpful and patient as we were trying to figure out which truck we were going to go with, yours or another down the road. I liked your small town dealership feel and her as a salesperson bet figure out which truck we were going to go with, yours or another down the road. I liked your small town dealership feel and her as a salesperson better so we went with you even though the other truck had more options that we wanted..Unlike the other place she cared what we got into and made it clear she was there to help either way we went. After the other sale went sour Katie went to bat to help us find a rebate that Ram said we were eligible for but wasn't showing up in your system. Times are tight so that extra $1000 and her service is what made the sale. We refuse to spend money where we aren't appreciated as a customer, no matter how bad we need the truck, so the other dealership missed out. We really appreciated the ride from the airport and Katie even checked on Kody to see how his drive home back to South Dakota was going and helped get the app set up. Service after the sale is huge for us and we will definitely recommend you to friends & be back!! Thanks again Katie & Derek & finance (can't remember his name) they were all great to work with! More
