Recently, I purchased a 2024 TRD (new) from Katrina. She was an outstanding sales rep and for both My wife and I. Not only did she answer all our questions or concerns, but one xxxx of a customer advocate. We had some issues with a truck bed top ( not EM’s fault) the top just did not fit correctly. Due to some issues it was questionable whether we could return it or not, but Katrina went to bat for us and got it done. She was also to help us complete the process once we got back to Florida. Anyway, Ed Martin has an extremely valuable employee. I also dealt with Junior the service tech. He was really helpful and we are grateful to him as well in helping us resolve our issue. What an outstanding staff! More

We have dealt with Ed Martin Toyota Dealership for a number of years. Almost everyone there is pleasant and helpful. The one glaring exception is Jason Conn. As most people do, we negotiated the price. When we were trying to strike a deal Jason became rude and almost belligerent. The other staff were shocked and apologetic about his behavior. We had his name removed from the sales documents and will be certain to deal with someone else in future. We would have given Jason zero stars if that was possible. When you work with the public you need to remain courteous and respectful at all time. More

So, that is why we bought another one with the help of an awesome sales associate, Katrina Jewell. As you know things have changed a lot in 23 years and Katrina was kind, professional, informative, patient, helpful and answered all of our many, many questions. She also stated many times, that even after we left the dealership with our new car, she would always be there for us! Also, our finance representative, Bryan Wiltgen was also very informative, friendly, patient and helpful. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand. I would highly recommend this dealership and Toyota......and don't forget to ask for Katrina to help you with any sales and/or questions. Oh, and my husband really enjoyed talking with T.E.D. More
