Bought a new vehicle from here, for the first time, and the overall experience was good. This dealership was out of our way but it was well worth it at the end. Our sales person was Khurram (Kay) Samana an the overall experience was good. This dealership was out of our way but it was well worth it at the end. Our sales person was Khurram (Kay) Samana and he was fantastic! I highly recommend him and will personally go back to him next time as well. This is a no frill, small, simple, and straight forward dealership that doesn't enforce any unnecessary markups and/or ports on you like other dealerships does. Don't expect anything VIP either as their whole motto is to sale a vehicle with good customer service and nothing else. Of course, do your prior research and negotiate accordingly. There was a whole bunch of construction when I went last time, so it was a little pain to get in and out. It was almost an hour wait when we were finally called in by the finance department as it appears that only one person was working during that time. Also, they ran out of gas by the time we got the vehicle keys, so I didn't get a full tank. However, when I went back to pickup my license plate they gladly filled it up without any issues. More

12/31/2024 I walked in Sport City Toyota to Purchase a Certified Truck , I requested the sale invoice to review my out the door cost. It was inflated with undocumented fees and Price gouging , If the veh Certified Truck , I requested the sale invoice to review my out the door cost. It was inflated with undocumented fees and Price gouging , If the vehicle is certified why would you charge a certification fee above the value selling price , plus a fee for KAHU gps when , I never requested a KAHU gps Tracker, Sport City Toyota attempted to take advantage of me as a customer. I recommend finding a dealership you can trust not one that violates The Deceptive Trade Practices Act , False advertising, Unconscionable acts, taking advantage of a consumer lack of knowledge and price gouging.
