The original finance paperwork was incorrect and required me to return dealership later in the day to correct it. Took three times to get the VIN correct in the paperwork. This created additional changes with my insurance coverage. Because of it, I am still not fully connected to Starlink one month later. Was offered an appointment for Tech training, responded, but no return response to date, still do not have an appointment scheduled. It's a very nice and new building, staff was very nice and for the most part very responsive to all of the missed details, however needs work on quality service. I would recommend because I like Subaru, hopefully new customers will get better attention to the details. More
