The people I worked with were good overall but both the sales person and the finance person sold me on a maintenance plan that absolutely did not make sense for my lease arrangement, even after I asked que sales person and the finance person sold me on a maintenance plan that absolutely did not make sense for my lease arrangement, even after I asked questions about it during the process. I went with the plan and then ultimately canceled, but now my lease payment is higher than it should be. Need everyone on the same page with these maintenance plans and don't oversell unless you really know the details. More
