Kayla was amazing to work with. Kayla bucked the trend of the “aggressive and not always friendly” sales manager type which I encountered in most of my prior experiences. Honestly, more Kaylas and less of the other types will really help the industry raise the customer experience to a new level. Easiest, quickest, most hastle-free deal I’ve ever done. I was hesitant to drive 1 1/2 hours away for a car dealership, but the service was well worth the drive.
