I had an over a year long issue that i had to arrange on my own to finally get it resolved. Once I scheduled my appointment myself it finally got fixed and now I am satisfied. Scheduled appointment Wed early morning but didn't have a tech available until late afternoon. Next day Spokane had snow and no progress (truck has new snow tires). Last day TCM learned memory cleared, seat tech available until late afternoon. Next day Spokane had snow and no progress (truck has new snow tires). I had appointment to have my antique truck (1986 Ford with 67000 actual miles) worked on as it wouldn't start. I had it towed in. I went in a week after my appointment was due and it had not even been ad with 67000 actual miles) worked on as it wouldn't start. I had it towed in. I went in a week after my appointment was due and it had not even been added into the computer system. After a few more days having not been called back I drove the three hours again back into Spokane. Kayla was not there so I went to the service manager and asked what was going on. He informed me because it was old and didn't have a computer the mechanics had no way of testing to find that out. I found that very disappointing that a large dealership would not have one diesel mechanic capable of trouble shooting a problem from years of experience. In the past I brought my truck in and one of the mechanics took a ride with me and said what the problem was and he was right and got it repaired. This time the main service manage acted as if I was a bother to him and a waste of his time. Finally he offered to call me a tow. When he pulled out the sheet showing the rates i said that was fine I would pay the 160 to move it. He simply said 'I can't do that, thats for our tows'. (that would have been a reasonable solution). I have used the previous dealership for over twenty years and had a service advisor 'Dick' who never once failed to promptly call me back and assure I was prompting informed of what was going on with my vehicles. I always used this company for my regular services and repair work on my trucks and even my Lexus as I trusted them for quality service.
