I'm assuming that Kaytlin is your service writer. Her lack of communication was astounding. When I made my oil change appointment for 9am I told her I was short on time and needed to get to work by 1 Her lack of communication was astounding. When I made my oil change appointment for 9am I told her I was short on time and needed to get to work by 10. She assured me that it was no problem. When i came in for my appointment, i reiterated to her my time constraints and was again reassured. However at 9:48 when no one came to tell me my car was ready, I went back to the office area and was told by her that my car had not yet been started, or even moved from the parking lot. Literally did not communicate that they were running more than an hour behind schedule. No solutions were offered for my car to still be taken, except for me to bring it back later, which wasn't really an option. I called a few minutes later to see if perhaps someone could pick up my car and get the oil changed since I didn't have all day to sit there and wait to have it done. She originally told me no, but I asked her to check if an exception could be made. Ian was very accommodating apologized for my inconvenience and my car was seen and dropped back off to me later. My biggest complaint is your service writer's lack of communication and customer service skills. More
