I had been to quite a few dealerships looking for a new car. Clay Cooley Nissan in Irving was the only dealership that actually willing to work with me on making a purchase. Other dealers either didn't bot car. Clay Cooley Nissan in Irving was the only dealership that actually willing to work with me on making a purchase. Other dealers either didn't bother to talk to me or they were not honest with their pricing. Everyone that I worked with during the deal was knowledgeable and transparent. They answered all my questions that I had about the vehicles I was interested in. I was surprised at how willing they were to work with me when it came to getting a good price on a new car. There were no dealership add-ons at all!! The other dealerships I'd been to all had dealership add-ons to increase the price of the vehicle, but not Clay Cooley! The saleswoman I worked with, Keiry, was tremendously helpful and courteous. She was able to let me test drive two of the vehicles that I was interested in getting. Keiry did a spectacular job in accommodating me since I had shown up later in the day and stayed past closing. She went out of her way to ensure that I got the exact car that I was looking for! I'm glad to have had her as a saleswoman and I'd definitely buy from her again! I also had the pleasure of working with Pedro and Kevin when Keiry was busy getting things with the car ready. Kevin made the finance portion a breeze! Pedro was a cool guy to talk to as well as being helpful with working the details on the sale in terms of pricing. All things considered I's have to say I had a good experience buying a car from Clay Cooley Nissan! More

In my experience, the great customer service didn't end after the sale. It continues into the service department. Check in is quick and I appreciate that I can see my vehicle's status on my phone. En el concesionario todo muy bien excelente trato todo muy bien pero hoy que tengo una semana con el nissan rogue y seme ocurrio la brillante idea de ir y lavar mi auto la verdad que desilucionado quede p muy bien pero hoy que tengo una semana con el nissan rogue y seme ocurrio la brillante idea de ir y lavar mi auto la verdad que desilucionado quede para empezar con la persona que me atendio de mala gana,y dela lava de auto pesimo no tuvieron la molestia de limpiar o secar el auto salio peor de sucio y la verdad que deverian de tomar en cuenta eso y ojala si miren mi comentario More

They have made everything so easy from buying the car to any Warranty work that has been needed. The only down side is they didn't have a loaner car available for the Warranty work.
