Took my 2019 tundra in for a fuel pump recall which required removal of the gas tank. When the work was completed I look up under the truck at the gas tank and notice the bolt that secures the tank onl required removal of the gas tank. When the work was completed I look up under the truck at the gas tank and notice the bolt that secures the tank only had a couple of threads holding it. After showing the service guy he put it back on the lift to correct. They apologized,but I have lost confidence in this dealership. This should not happen, a mechanic always double checks his work. Then she and Mark gave us a hands-on demonstration in the vehicle. The vehicle was nicely detailed and fueled at pickup. Couldn't ask for better service.
