Our salesperson Keith Collins reached out quickly using my preferred contact method (email) and provided information about the vehicle and the price as we discussed the vehicle. Keith was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful throughout our interaction. There was no pressure to communicate by phone, which is something that was ideal for us and our busy schedules. And we were even able to settle on the pricing and financing before we made the nearly 3 hour drive out there because Keith and their finance manager Kyle Allbright worked with us ahead of time. Kyle even helped us on his day off! When we arrived, the vehicle was clean and ready for us to test drive. Keith introduced himself, and we took the vehicle on a test drive. We loved the vehicle, and we quickly went through the final steps to purchase and finance the vehicle. We were out of the dealership with plenty of time to spare for our trip home. From the moment we arrived at the dealership, we were treated as if we were regular customers even though we had driven from far away.
