First Subaru Experience Attending the Erie Auto show in early Feb., I met Keith @ the New Motors Subaru exhibit. His demeanor & knowledge soon put me at ease. One week late Attending the Erie Auto show in early Feb., I met Keith @ the New Motors Subaru exhibit. His demeanor & knowledge soon put me at ease. One week later, we met Keith @ the dealership for test rides & negotiations on Forrester & Outback. He & I spoke briefly on the phone last Sat., and again on Mon. Tues. afternoon we drove our New Outback home to Edinboro. Weather was bad, but the Subaru doesn't seem to mind. In discussing our experience with this dealership. my wife & I were both pleased & impressed. -And she reads people really well. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. Two weeks ago, these people were all strangers to us, but it truly felt that we were dealing with friends. Keith [sales], Allen [finance], Mike [svc], & Ryan [parts] were just Great. "Welcome to the Family." In over five decades of buying new & used cars, trucks & motorcycles, my experience @ New Motors was simply unparalleled. These people have it together. Best car-buying experience I've ever had I went to New Motors to look at Subaru Foresters. It had been over 10 years since I'd bought a new car and I was a little nervous about going through I went to New Motors to look at Subaru Foresters. It had been over 10 years since I'd bought a new car and I was a little nervous about going through the process again. Keith immediately put me at ease and could not have been more friendly and helpful. When the specific car I wanted wasn't in stock on the lot, he was able to locate a vehicle for me and the keys were in my hands in five days. Heated Seats! My wife and I had come to New Motors months ago when we started thinking about getting a car. Even though we didn't intend to buy, the salesman, Keith My wife and I had come to New Motors months ago when we started thinking about getting a car. Even though we didn't intend to buy, the salesman, Keith, was very helpful. So when we got our tax return we remembered him and went back. Keith did a great job in getting us the car we wanted based on our previous meeting. It was very snowy the day we cam to visit, and the cars we wanted to look at were hard to get out, and I was impressed that he went to the trouble of pushing it out of the snow. I'm glad he did, because the Elantra had the space we wanted in the size we needed, and was able to meet my own secret dream of having heated seats all neatly within our budget. I would certainly recommend Keith and New Motors to anyone looking to buy a new car. More
