friendly and efficient we purchased a car last year from Keith and knew we would go back to him when we started having trouble with our Honda. but we went in unannounced... we purchased a car last year from Keith and knew we would go back to him when we started having trouble with our Honda. but we went in unannounced....keith remembered us, he knew details that showed he had listened before. he listened again and found us the perfect car on the lot. once we settled on the car, he spent time helping us clean out the old one and explaining all the bells and whistles on the new. he made himself available for follow up calls or emails. he is a great guy to work with. Nicole in finance was professional...and efficient in preparing the paperwork for the loan. she got us a good rate and explained our warranty. all in all this is an excellent dealership with friendly and more importantly competent employees...and the new legacy is a dream to drive! More
