I had a problem with the back up camera. They checked it out and really didn't know what was wrong, but they knew it was wrong. They started a conversation with the higher ups in Kia company to figure out what solutions there was, but that was taking longer then they anticipated and let me know they went ahead and ordered a new part and it would be available the following week. The next week I gave them back my car itbfixed the problem and no issues since. Everyone was great and helpful. I used their complementary shuttle service 3 times and I car they drove was nice enough that I might consider it in the future. More
