Bad news service visit great end result Took my 2008 MDX in because the engine was making noises and transmission light was on. LaToya gave me the bad news that the car was not serviceable. Took my 2008 MDX in because the engine was making noises and transmission light was on. LaToya gave me the bad news that the car was not serviceable. She immediately made sure that Keith worked with me to find a certified pre-owned MDX. Everyone was excellent throughout the transaction and I was able to go home in a new MDX. They made a situation that was a nightmare for a commuter into a great one. THANK YOU! More
