I worked with Keith Mickens, a pre-ownes sales consultant, who was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. Being a new car buyer, I had a lot of questions and needed some additional information, and he was readibly available (even via cell phone on his day off) to help me through it with very extensive knowledge. He assisted me in a test drive and explained the benefits of the car comfortably. I never felt pressured to purchase, but was provided all the information I needed to make the right decision. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and would highly recommend working with Keith if anyone is in the market for a pre-owned car. I explained to her my situation and she totally understood what I wanted to do, and even trade. I bought a Mini Cooper, but after two months it was way to small and unpractical. I don't remember her name, I think it was Karen. Honesty and great deals is all you'll get, if your thinking of trading in, they will give you what your car is worth, nothing less. No playing around and making you feel uncomfortable. My trade in went smooth and enjoyable. came out with a 2012 3 series, but more importantly it was the best price in all of northern New Jersey by at least six grand. They sell quality cars and you can be rest assured, as they do the work required to sell the car and also a 60 point inspection. I recieved three brand new Pirelli run flats with the car as well as other maintenance performed. They also own Bmw of Bloomfield, so rest assured if you want a Bmw without that hefty cpo price you might just end up finding a gem in Dch acura's lot. Hamad the finance manager was also great. More
