Great experience with Kieth Mickens I had done some on-line searching for a used car. I was looking for a Toyota Camry, 2 - 3 years old, that I could both rely on and use as a Business I had done some on-line searching for a used car. I was looking for a Toyota Camry, 2 - 3 years old, that I could both rely on and use as a Business Car. A 2016 Camry attracted my attention via the internet at cars.com. Plus the Dealership was close to me in Verona. When there, I was introduced to Mr. Kieth Mickens, who would show me the car in question and demonstrate it's features. Mr. Mickens proved to be courteous, professional, very knowledgeable and did not pressure. He could see from the start that I had done my homework on this particular car. I felt the car was being sold for an extremely fair price. Even so, I took a turn at trying to negotiate the price down and Mr. Mickens was able to come back to me with strong knowledge of similar cars with similar miles that sild for significantly more! We came to terms very quickly after that and, after a test drive, we initiated paperwork on the sale. I had not financed a car in over 10 years and had no idea where my credit sat? The Finance Manager also spent significant time with me and walked me through a number of different options. He even got me a lower interest rate at the end by contacting a different bank. He did not try and up-sell me on the many add-ons possible -He let me make my own decision. I was both happy and impressed with my experience at ACH Accura. Needles to say, I drove my new purchase home that day. More
