I was in the market for a 2012 F150 Raptor. I live close to All American Ford and contacted them numerous times to let them know I was interested in making a purchase. When I finally received a phone call to All American Ford and contacted them numerous times to let them know I was interested in making a purchase. When I finally received a phone call back ( 2 weeks later )they tried to push me towards one that was on their lot, different color, wrong options. So through a collegaue at work I was introduced to Keith and Enrico. They immediately asked what color, options, etc I was looking for. They had me come down to the shop explained to me that they searched far and wide for the specific truck I wanted but there was not one available. They suggested I order the truck and it would take 2 to 3 months for delivery. The vehicle was delivered exactly 2 months to the day of the original purchase order. The vehicle was detailed and ready to pick up that same evening. Keith handled my paprwork, was extremely detailed as well as professional. Enrico gave me the "grand tour" of my new vehicle and left no stone unturned. I have never had an easier purchase experience than what I had at Tom's Ford. As for the truck.......AWESOME! More

Tom's Ford dealership is by far the most professional I have ever dealt with. They were very thorough in promptly getting answers to any questions I had. If my salesman wasn't immediately available, some have ever dealt with. They were very thorough in promptly getting answers to any questions I had. If my salesman wasn't immediately available, somebody else helped me. They were honest and upfront about everything. I was not pressured into making any decisions, which is completely different from any other experience I have had with a dealership. They went the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied each step of the way. I will be going back for my next car. More
