I am writing regarding the vehicle (2C3CDZBT0MH621077) currently in your possession that was purchased from my father without my authorization or consent.
I am a co-owner of this vehicle, and I did not sign, approve, or authorize the sale or transfer of ownership to your dealership. I understand the vehicle is currently being advertised for sale, despite the fact that there is an unresolved ownership and title issue.
As a registered co-owner, I have legal rights and an ownership interest in this vehicle. A transfer of ownership should not have occurred without the proper authorization and signatures from all required owners.
I respectfully request that you immediately:
Preserve all records related to the purchase and attempted transfer of this vehicle, including any title documents, purchase paperwork, communications, and transaction records.
Remove the vehicle from any sales listings until this ownership dispute is resolved.
Provide copies of all documentation your dealership relied upon to acquire ownership of the vehicle, including any title transfer documents and signatures.
Contact me to discuss a prompt resolution.
I have already contacted the Michigan Secretary of State regarding this matter and am taking steps to protect my ownership rights.
I hope we can resolve this matter amicably. However, if necessary, I will pursue all legal remedies available to protect my ownership interest.
