Cole had me on the right track. He was respectful, professional, and had this deal lined up. Then he passed me to Keith and Keith completely blew it. That’s the kind of internal sabotage that makes customers walk away. If you value being treated like a serious buyer, do yourself a favor: deal with Cole, but stay far away from Keith. More
