On August 14th 2021 I came to this dealership (Koon's Westminster Toyota) to pre-order and sign paperwork for a 2021 Toyota Sienna SXE. The price out the door they quoted me was $50, 068.94. I asked them to include the roof rack with crossbars and the body side moldings and they said it would be included at that price. On September 7th 2021 I went in to sign the paperwork for them to install the Entertainment package before picking the vehicle. But then at that time the dealer told me they would no longer be including the roof rack and side moldings and I’d have to pay an additional fee for them. I talked to the sales guy (Alex Shore) and the sales manager and they both said that this was not included even though it was included on the original paperwork I signed. I pleaded and argued with them but the manager would not listen and not help me to get into this vehicle I ordered and was waiting to purchase.
