He was patient and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles. And most importantly, he quickly recognized my reluctance to switch manufacturers, as this was my first Hyundai, and empathized with me through his own experiences. And then to top it all off, when my deal ran late, way past closing time, he continued to have a smile on his face and reassured me that it was no problem at all.
