You can watch a commercial with famous people talk about a car dealer, but who cares... don't you want everybody to be treated special? Every time I'm in for a tuneup or whatever is needed, I'm treated the a car dealer, but who cares... don't you want everybody to be treated special? Every time I'm in for a tuneup or whatever is needed, I'm treated the best. I love the times they tell me how well I'm taking care of the car too :-) Buying a car is the fun part but when you need something done you want to be respected and treated fairly. My husband is not a car guy, so I've taken that role and being a woman they talk to me with respect and teach me what to listen or look out for. This last time was the above and beyond. I came home from hip replacement on Tuesday, and our car stopped on Wednesday. I told my husband Id deal with it tomorrow I called first thing; service told me to call the tow group they work with and within an hour he was there and had the car to Bob Boyds all before 10am. I called to verify it was there and said call me when you know what's wrong, they did and had it fixed all before 2pm then came and picked up my husband to pay and bring home a working car. Do you even realize the stress release they provided for us!! It was fabulous!! Ive told so many of my friends it's like any business it's the service behind the product that is as important and they do it all I never feel over charged or cheated. WE will always buy our cars there because of this service and care. THANK YOU BOB BOYD!! Thank You service department ! More
