I typically hate the car buying process, despise spending all day shopping around, and can’t stand dealing with different dealers and sales people. This is the first time that I’ve walked away from a deal not feeling like I’ve been repeatedly ran over by a bus. For starters this is my first lease, and I was completely aprahensive about it. Kelly was not pushy, very patient, and very helpful with answering my questions and building a deal that fit me needs. She was also very knowledgeable about different vehicles and different t upgrade packages, more so than any other sales person I have ever dealt with. I started inquiring about an F150, and she found a few options that where what I was looking for, but also through out the option to get a Toyota Tundra SR5 upgrade with the TSS off-road package. I hadn’t even remotely considered a toyota, but she knew what I wanted before I did! I was completely blown away with how much I love the truck and couldn’t be happier with my decision! I’m actually looking forward to dealing with her when it’s time for the next truck. I’m a customer for life! More

Kelly was extremely patient answering all of my questions and providing me with multiple options based on my needs and price range. I appreciated her direct, transparent communication, timely follow-up and attention to detail. She literally took care of everything, there were no surprises and we are thrilled with our new car. Kelly's customer service is top notch, she even went so far as to pick us up at the airport in the new car on a Friday night! I contacted D&M to just "test the waters" on leasing and Kelly took the time to understand my situation, my needs, and what I was trying to accomplish. From there, she worked non-stop to locate the multiple options and create the best deal for me. In the end, she got money back from my trade-in and lowered my payments by over $100 a month.
