Amazing first time lease experience I am a first time buyer/ leasee and wanted to get into a larger vehicle. After a couple long waits and wasted hours at dealerships, I found that I was I am a first time buyer/ leasee and wanted to get into a larger vehicle. After a couple long waits and wasted hours at dealerships, I found that I wasn't getting great service that was specifically tailored for my needs. I decided to contact D&M Leasing after hearing their ads on The Ticket radio station in DFW. Kelly Elliot contacted me very quickly after my inquiry and the rest was history. I wasn't exactly sure what vehicle I wanted, and Kelly was extremely patient while I figured out what I really wanted. I never felt pressured at all. She was very upfront about how a lease works, what my options are at the end of the lease, why some cars depreciate faster than others, and there is no bias toward any specific model of vehicle, which is really nice. She clearly works hard scouring for vehicle options and is in constant communication with me about everything. As I was a first-time buyer/ leasee, she really fought hard and worked with the credit unions to get me a reasonable rate that would work within my budget. I ended up in a car that was beyond my expectations and within budget. Whether I want to get into something newer toward the end of the lease or buy out the residual value, it is all laid out up front so there are no surprises.
