Called and held for 40 minutes and then was answered to be hung up on. Immediately called back and held for 10 minutes. When originally made the appointment I was told I could have a loaner. When I call be hung up on. Immediately called back and held for 10 minutes. When originally made the appointment I was told I could have a loaner. When I called back to reschedule I was told you don’t get loaners for the service I was getting. The hold message says you provide loaners and shuttle. I have purchased 7 cars from dealership therefore would expect good service. More

it’s OK but I feel they’re charging way too much for the parts. I know they’ve got 50 to 100% markup and once you get the parts and you gotta wait another month before you get the car and no matter what sha parts.
