However, a review of their used vehicle inventory a few days later revealed that my former trade-in was priced $8000 above the amount I received. I bought my vehicle from Corwin Toyota. I had issues with my vehicle and they agreed to have me return back to the dealership to get the issue resolved. JR stated I would get a call in a ti I had issues with my vehicle and they agreed to have me return back to the dealership to get the issue resolved. JR stated I would get a call in a timely manner from the reconditioning team to get the issue resolved. They had lost my updates You Owe paperwork. I then had to return to the dealership to inquire about my phone call. JR told me the “dropped the ball” and I should get another call in a “timely manner.” I have yet to receive a call and I had to go to another Toyota dealership to get assistance. I will not be buying a vehicle from Corwin Toyota again. False promises and incompetent customer service ruined my car buying experience. More
