He is very informative, friendly, does not rush my decisions, and offers advice on all aspects of purchasing a car. Kelvin Walker and William Mason also answered all of my questions and completed the paperwork in a quick manner. Neil knows about the detail operations of the car and promptly set the safety features, etc., on the car before I left the dealership.
