We’ve lived in the Hampton Roads area since 2001 and have purchased at least 10 vehicles at Priority dealerships over that time. Priority used to seem like one of the more reputable dealers in the area, but purchased at least 10 vehicles at Priority dealerships over that time. Priority used to seem like one of the more reputable dealers in the area, but looks like that has changed. Now I see the Market Adjustments, LoJack, Nitrogen in the tires, etc., which are all just gimmicks to rip off consumers. The good news is, there are other dealers in this area who have not crossed over to the dark side. My recommendation is that you stay away from Priority dealerships and shop around until you find one that doesn’t use the predatory practices they’ve decided to institute. More

I kept changing my mind about the features, and he demonstrated increased patience. He answered all of my questions, some of which were re-asked. His professionalisn, customer service, and knowledge exceeded my expectations. The manager (Aaron) and finance man (Lance) provided good customer service as well. The team was profecient, friendly, and demonstrated determination to satisfy their customers. From start to finish the experience was top notch... couldn't ask for better.
