My experience was poor, I made an appointment and called to confirm three separate times only to be told the day of the appointment I had no appointment. Worst dealership hands down. A water leakage in my car causing a mildew smell. Known ford issue since 2013. My have is a 2020 just 2,000 miles out of warranty and they were not w A water leakage in my car causing a mildew smell. Known ford issue since 2013. My have is a 2020 just 2,000 miles out of warranty and they were not willing to help me seeing how it is poor craftsmanship. I was told a burst pipe but upon further self exploration it’s the same issue going on. Instead I was told let me transfer you to sales and they can help get you into another car. Seriously do you think I’d do business with you so I can have another crappy car and deal with the less than pleasant men in service who NEVER return voicemails. More
