I was treated with courtesy and professionalism from the very beginning until the very end of the process. I have been in the car business for 13 years and hold a high standard to those that I buy from, and very beginning until the very end of the process. I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone who wants a good experience, whether or not they have perfect credit. Ashley quickly addressed my questions and concerns, as well as my fiancé’s, and when she didn’t have the answer she got Justin involved and he promptly answered my questions and put us at ease. More

Can’t recall last time I’ve written a negative review about anything or anyone. But this situation deserves the attention. Traded in a vehicle on a Saturday and supposed to have a 3 day satisfaction grac about anything or anyone. But this situation deserves the attention. Traded in a vehicle on a Saturday and supposed to have a 3 day satisfaction grace period in case if have change of heart can return new vehicle and get back trade in. I called and reached out to dealership in numerous way beginning on that Monday, just two days later to inform had change of heart and wanting to return Bronco purchased for my trade in (well within that 3day period) they informed me didn’t know where my trade in was located and had to look and more than welcome to return the bronco. Why would I dare bring you back a vehicle when you don’t even have mine to give back and just leave me c without a vehicle completely. This place kept giving me the rearound for hours that led to days. Saying can’t find my original vehicle, this location has one of the absolute unprofessional and inconsiderate Sales Managers named Ken that only wanted to throw sarcasm and disrespect towards our issue. Then later I found my Jeep hidden in the back used lot near mechanics shop. Feel completely sabotaged and disappointed on how the upper management handling this issue More

This is the worst dealership I have ever bought a vehicle from I have been lied to customer service is nonexistent phone calls and text are not returned I am still trying to get a overpayment on a item that from I have been lied to customer service is nonexistent phone calls and text are not returned I am still trying to get a overpayment on a item that the salesperson told me was not part of the window sticker but after paying over two times for a item I found it was already included in the window sticker And after a month they still have not gotten me the registration sticker I paid for at closing and cannot get anyone to return phone calls and when I call and ask for a manager and the ask my name they put me on hold and ignore me I stayed on hold for 22 minutes before giving up so people stay away from Clay Cooley Ford find somewhere else to buy your vehicle. More
