I'd give them both a 5-star review if they had responded to my post-purchase question. I have called and texted with no response and it's simply a confirmation of something that show a discrepancy with the to my post-purchase question. Answered all my questions before the purchase. Was flexible with timing and payment. All good things. If I hear back from him, I'll gladly change this to a 5-start rating for both him and Manheim Imports. More

Ken made the process very seamless! I traded in my 2003 Corvette for a 2017 Corvette. On my way home after about 45 minutes of driving at a higher speed I noticed a vibration. I pulled over and called Ken and he assured me they would s On my way home after about 45 minutes of driving at a higher speed I noticed a vibration. I pulled over and called Ken and he assured me they would stand behind the car and I could bring it to my mechanic and they would take care of any issue, thinking it might just be balancing. After several weeks of investigation, which Mannheim covered all costs, it appeared to be a problem with the drive shaft and possibly the transmission. Mannheim sold back to me the car I traded in and arranged for the delivery and pick up at my home nearly 2 hours away. They also covered the costs for both inspections, tire balancing and the investigation charges from my mechanic and a dealership. Although I was not able to keep the car that I had bought and loved from them, they stood by the entire time and made me full. I would definitely buy another car from them and hope they might find what I want. More
