Best car sales experience I've ever had. Ken was very professional and worked with us to get us what we wanted. I've been an Audi/Volkswagen, Toyota and Hyundai customer and no one came close to providing the best customer service, sales and finance until Infiniti! Grubbs Infiniti went over and beyond our exp customer and no one came close to providing the best customer service, sales and finance until Infiniti! Grubbs Infiniti went over and beyond our expectations! It took my family over 10 years as an Audi customer to realize that we can get more than we deserve from other brand and dealer specifically Grubbs Infiniti! A special shout out goes to the three employees of Grubbs Infiniti who have been very helpful to close the deal. The reason that I continue to return to Grubbs Infiniti is that the Grubbs family ensures that customers be completely satisfied. Ken Davis, my sales agent, has put me in my last four vehicles--two G37's and two M's! I will continue to return to Ken Davis because he is a "great listener". Only once have I had to list my specific needs, my specific tastes in specs, in accessories, in color, and even the trims that my wife and I prefer. Disappointing visit last month. Went to Grubbs with the intent to purchase new 2012/2013 Infiniti(s). I felt the sales person treated me like I was unable to afford an Infiniti (kind of a snob and talk dow intent to purchase new 2012/2013 Infiniti(s). I felt the sales person treated me like I was unable to afford an Infiniti (kind of a snob and talk down to me)and my girlfriend thought he was flirting with her to an extreme. We were both very uncomfortable and promptly left without making it inside. My intent was to purchase with cash, so monies were not an issue. I ended up buying my 2 new vehicles from another nearby dealership without issue. Sorry my prior experience with Grubbs years ago was great, but this was not the case here. I live local and wanted to buy local. Maybe next time I am in the market my Grubbs experience will have a better outcome. Maybe more sensativity training for the sales people would be well advised. More

My experience once i made my decision, was phenomenal! I was taken care of super quick and all promises were delivered in record time. From the sale, to finance to orientation of the vehicle, the process wa was taken care of super quick and all promises were delivered in record time. Prior to my decision, i was not pleased that I was told there was not another color available at any other dealers. Upon checking inventories at other dealers, I found my vehicle color preference locally. Though i understand wanting to sell from inventory, i felt honesty would have been the best policy. Nonetheless, my father has been a loyal Grubbs customer for good reason and i wish to continue in the tradition. Our experience with previous purchases and service has been excellent! Thank you!! I was a walk-in customer requesting a test drive. I had been at the Audi dealer next door and test drove the Audi Q5. This originally was the vehicle that I was most interested in. Since all sales peopl been at the Audi dealer next door and test drove the Audi Q5. This originally was the vehicle that I was most interested in. Since all sales people were busy receptionist saw that I was seated comfortably and offered a beverage. This was in marked contrast to the Audi dealer, where I was ignored and had to locate a sales person myself. When an Infiniti sales person became available, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicles he had in stock. I test drove two vehicles, an FX and an EX. He explained the differences in the two models and gave me the chance to experiment with the features that he had explained. He was patient, friendly and, answered all questions. Originally interested in comparing the EX to the Audi Q5, my interest was caught by the FX. Both Infiniti vehicles that I drove were high quality and very impressive, but the FX proved impossible to pass up. The sales person offered two FX choices, a 2011 and a 2012. Though it was nearing the Saturday 6:00 PM closing time, he wrote up deals on both FX model years. Both deals were equitable and fair. The back and forth negotiation was reasonable and at no time did I feel any pressure. When I decided on the 2012, the staff stayed late until all papers were signed. During this time I was introduced to the owner, sales manager and finance manager. All were low key and friendly. The experience was the best one that I have had in purchasing a vehicle. More

I can honestly say Ken is the most patient, professional, knowledgeable and HONEST sales person I have ever dealt with. He is the main reason we came back to this dealership to purchase my new car. He always makes you feel welcome, even if you are there just getting an oil change, he'll take the time to say "hello".
