Mr. Grubbs, Although we appreciate your message of 9/4/2012, my significant other and myself have discussed it and truthfully we (specifically she) is not interested in discussing this unfortunate incident any further. We simply wanted to make someone aware of it so it could be addressed and dealt with. Mr. Grubbs, I too am a manager of a local company and I understand we cannot always predict the human behavoir of those we employ and trust. We harbor no hard feelings with Grubbs Infiniti and as I said before, when we are in the market for new vehicles in the future, we will give your dealership another go with the hopes of a much more enjoyable experience.
