They did a complementary safety inspection on my vehicle and let me know that there were actually a couple of fact recalls and that they could take care of them while I was there They immediately pulled my car into the service bay and started working on the recall repairs by the time I finished with the paperwork for the lease buyout my key was waiting for me downstairs, and my car had been freshly washed, even vacuumed out the inside.
