Efficient Chris was very good and quick. Not much pressure applied to the customer. I called the number on his card Saturday morning. Not knowing they weren't o Chris was very good and quick. Not much pressure applied to the customer. I called the number on his card Saturday morning. Not knowing they weren't open yet. Within 25 min he was in the office with a team of 3 people getting me quoted and a possible purchase order. I was choosing between Chris and 1 other dealership. The other dealership sent me a vague text message to "lure me in the building". I just wanted facts. Chris delivered those. As well as Ken Hirn assisting him they just got me the information I wanted. Happy owner of a Silverado. Sometimes clients like myself just want facts not cheesy sales pitches. I'm one of them. More
