Let's see, first guy to greet me is one of those sales guys that comedians lampoon. I've never see so much bull and smoke! And he didn't know his product! I drop a wad of cash on brand new Supra; I'm super excited. Until it's right back at the service center for what may be a major problem! Did I buy a defective car?? Don't know - - there is no one on site qualified to look at it until5 days later!! So my super cool Supra is out of reach and maybe not worth having. Has any sales manager or the General Manager called me to say ANYTHING?? NOPE! I guess they just want to make the sale and then adios?! And leave me hanging and hoping for some sort of acceptable result! More
