Purchasing a Genesis 5.0 I was originally shopping for a Mercedes or BMW as I have previously owned both brands, Hyundai was not even on my radar as a possible product. I researched the Genesis and liked the features and performance of the vehicle and decided to purchase. I originally had a bad experience with a Hyundai Dealer in Tampa and decided to check out Fitzgerald's and was very pleased with the whole experience from the time I walked through the front door. Keep up the good work you took a sale away from another luxury brand. More

Best Car Buying Experience EVER! After a terrible experience at another Hyundai dealer, and a lackluster one at another, I was hesitant to walk into Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Clearwater After a terrible experience at another Hyundai dealer, and a lackluster one at another, I was hesitant to walk into Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Clearwater! As is standard at most every car dealer I was greeted at the door by a salesman asking the standard questions. However, after I told him I was "just looking" NOBODY bothered me for the next hour while I extensively looked over my preferred vehicle and read the posted documentation on how Fitzgerald conducted business. When I was ready, I repeat, when I was ready, I approached Ken Logan with my questions and concerns. Although he was busy with at least two other customers, he took the time to answer those questions and concerns and spent the rest of the time literally running around to handle all of us. Considering the service I was receiving, I had no problem being patient! Ken then introduced me to Mark Silver who also addressed my concerns and gave me very valuable information on how to structure my deal, which was drastically different/extremely beneficial than the method I had in mind when I walked in the door. Finally I got together with Albert Marquez, who reinforced Mark''s recommendations, sped me through the paperwork and out the door I went with my 2015 Santa Fe Sport Ultimate! Hands downs the best car buying experience I have ever had! More

The prices were fair, the Hyundais we drove were excellent, and probably my favorite car to date...Overall a great experience with a great salesman! Now I know why my family has bought six cars from there! Oh and to the guy complaining because they wouldn't help you after they closed...seriously? You expect them to stay open just for you for two hours while you maybe buy a car? What makes you special? Businesses do this thing where they close so employees can go home to their families, so don't be a jerk about it. You're no more special than the rest of us... More
