Ken was very helpful and kind at the service desk. What i am not very happy with is that after going back a 2nd and 3rd time for a redo on my lights and a noise i noticed under the hood. Is that afte What i am not very happy with is that after going back a 2nd and 3rd time for a redo on my lights and a noise i noticed under the hood. Is that after leaving the dealer for a 3rd time i notice the flapping noise again. I pulled over and open the hood only to see that my engine cover has been broken. So, when i drive the air forces and flaps the broken cover under the hood. Which sounded like a loose belt. I have not called ken again for this. my cost was nearly 4000.00 in repairs and 41 dollars in the 2nd visit for a light and now to realize that the sound is a broken engine cover. In all the repairs that the Fairfax Hyundai has done in the past. They never broke the cover. I just felt done at this point. This is not an issue for the front end. This happened in the back with the mechanics. So, i don't know if. They just picked up a broken one and put it in my car or they broke the cover and did not make me aware of it while i was there waiting for the car to be done the first time around. So, my advice is before you drive away open the hood and take a look and make sure it's all ok before driving away and take a before video of your engine. Other than that Ken is very good at his job and listens to your concerns. More

I was able to get scheduled maintenance in right before traveling for Thanksgiving. They were thorough and efficient and friendly and Ken was super helpful! Even though this is a bit out of the way for me, traveling for Thanksgiving. They were thorough and efficient and friendly and Ken was super helpful! Even though this is a bit out of the way for me, I’ll definitely be back for all of my car needs. Plus they even washed and vacuumed my car which I was planning to do after my appointment! More

Ken was very nice, but I could have been informed about cost upfront for diagnostic code reading. $205.00 seemed absorbent. I was not informed about this huge fee until I declined service. I certainly expe cost upfront for diagnostic code reading. $205.00 seemed absorbent. I was not informed about this huge fee until I declined service. I certainly expected that it would not be free... but felt that was alot to read why check engine light was illuminated. I cancelled inspection prior to start of work. Was told over 1,100 for O2 sensor and brakes. Why the brakes were checked idk. Rather than waste 205.00 we opted to get both done there. After waiting I was informed brakes, rotors done. O2 not. Well that's why it came in. The code read replace 02 sensor. The mechanics there could not get sensor off to replace. I'm surprised a service center does not have means to do this. I didn't decline this service. The dealership couldn't do it. Ken was kind enough to drop diagnostic fee and did do the inspection at no charge. He was nice about it. You can't service a hyundai.. UH? IDK Not a good day!! Can't be serviced by Hyundai ???? Cashier lady so nice! More

Have been customer since we drove our Elantra on our move from Alabama to Manassas 17 years ago. It is close and convenient, and the service team is helpful and courteous. It seems like Ken Orr is always the from Alabama to Manassas 17 years ago. It is close and convenient, and the service team is helpful and courteous. It seems like Ken Orr is always there. He knows us and our vehicles and always explains any service performed and any that is recommended. He is friendly and a pleasure to do business with. He always asks if we will stay in the lobby or will be across the way at the iHop while our cars are serviced. He is the best! More
