We recently moved to Charlotte and unfortunately my A5 was damaged by the moving company. When I called the dealership I spoke with Kenn and the car was on a flatbed within 45 minutes. Kenn went above and was damaged by the moving company. When I called the dealership I spoke with Kenn and the car was on a flatbed within 45 minutes. Repair work was done in a timely fashion, and car was detailed nicely at pickup. Also, months ago I lost $7 out of a jacket but did not realize it fell out in the car. That money was in my car at picku detailed nicely at pickup. Also, months ago I lost $7 out of a jacket but did not realize it fell out in the car.
