After spending a good amount of time talking with Ken, I felt confident in my decision to purchase a CPO Forester. The repairs on my 2005 were cost prohibitive, and it was time for a much needed, long awaited upgrade. When I drove my 2017 2.5i Forester off the lot Wednesday evening, October 2, 2019, I knew I made the right decision. From start to finish, I have only favorable feedback to share about Glanzmann and the team with whom I worked. I would recommend the dealership as well as Ken B. They both had smiles on their faces when they noticed I arrived and greeted me warmly, ready to assist. One small hiccup was a mixup in the loan rate offered to me. It was raised to higher than originally offered very slightly. This was resolved luckily but wanted to mention this in case others have experienced the same thing. Would absolutely go back and refer to others. Thanks for everything! More

Later, I brought the car in for some battery concern and they took me right away. They even gave me a loaner with no issues and was super concerned with my concerns. The car is great and I love it, but their friendliness, willingness to stay in my budget and throughness is what made this car amazing. I’ll definitely be going back. More
